Sista's Bridging the Gap, commonly known as "SBTG," assists minority men, women, and young adults with their return to society. Treating returning citizens with dignity and respect and providing them the keys to navigating a new world will advance them to greater heights by becoming financially independent and learning how to build wealth for their generations. In addition, this will reduce recidivism and the minority footprint in the justice system.​

Our outreach and mentoring program serves our youth, returning citizens, disadvantaged communities, and individuals at risk of becoming first-time offenders.  In addition, we mentor seasoned individuals seeking to transition in their careers and allow them to gain insight into lucrative markets in the IT, business science, and construction fields.

  • Provided approximately 60 charitable hours assisting United Community's food pantry in Alexandria, VA

  • International Outreach - Fyzabad, Trinidad, sends commercial bins with non-perishable food items, clothes, shoes, and walker

Speaking Engagements 

Through many speaking engagements, the Sista’s serve as advocates and provide visibility for those unnoticed by society. They speak to encourage those who have lost all hope and inspire them to succeed after hardships and prison on how to break the cycle and not become a recidivism statistic.
