Responsibilities
In this role, you will report to the Directors of Sista's Bridging the Gap. Responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Representing our brand at promotional events, fashion shows, and other marketing initiatives
- Acting as a subject matter expert for our brand
- Communicating with potential investors
- Responding to customer questions in-person and via social media
- Promoting our brand via social media and tagging our social media accounts
- Acquiring customer feedback and relaying the feedback to the Directors
- Attending events
- Other duties as required
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, warm personality
- Valid driver’s license and own form of transportation a plus
